WE GOT A BALL GAME, FELLAS
I got my tape today. That was pretty fast. It's all nicely labeled and boy is it awesome.
Not only is it the actual telecast of the game, it's a recording of the satellite feed. That wasn't advertised in the details on the eBay page. What a delightful bonus!
When they break for commercials, the video stays on the field and you can hear the announcers talking to each other and requesting replays and stuff. "We got a ball game, fellas!", that's Brent after the game gets tied. He said it a few times in a row like he was really excited. It almost makes you sorry that it turned into such a blowout. Haha, no it doesn't.
Then after the game ends the tape has the trophy presentation, which wasn't aired on TV. And they did interviews with some people for ESPN afterwards and that's all on there. How nice!
In other news, I had my first Mean Gene burger today. It was pretty good. "The burgers that say BITE ME". Oh ho ho, Gene, you irrrepressible scamp.
